Our story
Built on Real Industry Experience
Fibrewise Consulting started as a family-run telecommunications business focused on NBN work. Over time, that grew into a broader telecommunications, civil and rail infrastructure operation, taking on continuous programs with Hitachi Rail and Ventia since 2022 and expanding overseas with a fibre survey and design project in Vanuatu. As the business grew, so did our capability in survey, design, civil works and fibre installation, keeping each new project within one team. Sophia Whalley now leads the business, alongside Genevieve Jackson, who leads operations, contracts and compliance.

Director
Brings 13 years of senior project management and national delivery experience from NBN, including complex new development programs, stakeholder engagement and compliance outcomes. She now oversees project delivery and client relationships across telecommunications, civil and rail work.

Operations, Contracts, Compliance and HSE
Experienced in operational management, contract administration and HSE governance, coordinating delivery across multiple states. She manages compliance reporting and day to day operations, keeping projects running safely and efficiently across telecommunications, civil and rail work.

Fibre Specialists
Handle splicing, testing and fault rectification across transit networks and major fibre builds, including Wideband installations. Aden and Ric handle high-accuracy splicing, OTDR testing, commissioning and artefact packs, the detailed work that gets a fibre network signed off and ready for service.
