Long-haul fibre upgrades across dozens of corridors need existing conduit conditions, duct capacity and route constraints confirmed on the ground before design work can begin. Ventia needed a partner who could deliver that reliably at scale.
We combined survey work carried out on the ground, including potholing, pit exposure and route constraint identification, with civil works delivery and long-haul fibre design. Using GPS tagged photo deliverables and mapping software, we validated existing infrastructure and identified newbuild opportunities across each corridor, feeding that data directly into construction-ready design packages.
This work delivered verified pit locations, duct capacity data and route constraints across major corridors, alongside long-haul fibre designs offering dual-path options for redundancy and future expansion. This field and design data continues to support Ventia's national fibre upgrade program.
